Thank you to the Newport Harbor Sailing Foundation for their support of youth sailing. North American’s was held in Port Erie, Canada. This was my first time sailing in Canada and I was able to see Niagara Falls, which was awesome. The conditions were all over the board between very light to extremely windy, which made it physically taxing and not easy! I hope to experience and return to Canada to sail and test my skills again one day. Thank you again to NHSF!

After 3 days of racing in intense heat, we finished 10th out of 78 teams, and although I was aiming for better, I know we have the potential to perform well as we still have big room for improvement.
