Ashley Highland at the 2022 New England Championship
Thank you so much for supporting us at the 2022 New England Championship in Cape Cod! We flew into Boston and met with our team in Cape Cod the next morning. Here we unloaded boats, and met with our coaches and NB4T teammates. We had such a great time, and we were able to experience all sorts of conditions. The first practice day ended up getting cancelled due to a storm, but the next day was sunny and we got to practice in the new venue. On the first day of racing it got pretty windy, and we had a few tough races. On the second day of racing it was much lighter, and gradually picked up throughout the day. We were able to improve our scores the second day, and ended up in fifth overall. We are so grateful for the opportunity to sail this regatta, and we could not have done it without your support!
